Returns & Refunds policy

1. Overview

At Help It, we strive for 100% satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request refunds.

2. Eligibility

  • Full Refund if (a) your service provider cancels, or (b) you cancel more than 12 hours before the scheduled slot.

  • Partial Refund (50%) if you cancel within 12 hours of the start time.

  • No Refund for services fully delivered or if you cancel after services have begun.

3. How to Request

  1. Log into your Help It account

  2. Click Request Refund and choose a reason.

  3. Submit. You’ll receive an email confirmation.

4. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Some banks/issuers may take additional time.

5. Exceptions

  • Add-on purchases (e.g. extra hours booked on-site) follow the same rules above.

  • In case of force majeure (e.g. natural disaster), we will work with you to reschedule; refunds will be granted at Help It’s sole discretion.

6. Changes to Policy

We may update this Policy occasionally. We’ll notify you via email or by posting the new version on our site.
